Over two years at Bump, I've helped the company to create and polish an entire brand. The app was just the beginning (and went through many iterations). There was marketing for the App Store and Google Play, advertising on third-party platforms, websites, media kits, presentations, and gear. Shaping a brand is pretty amazing work; uncovering a company's identity is challenging, and so much fun. It's where startups develop their soul.

The app has been a constant exploration. We added tons of features, then took them away, then slowly put some back in as we discovered their real value. There were massive overhauls and tiny details to change, and every instance of change had to mesh with the rest of the app. Today, it's a beautiful and thoughtful representation of what Bump was and is: a really cool way to connect.
